A native North Carolinian, Shonda, her husband Fred, two sons and dog began their journey into South Carolina Fall 2012, putting down their roots in Fort Mill, SC, only 19 miles from the heart of the Queen City, Charlotte, NC, where Shonda resided since 2001. Shonda brings over two decades of sales experience to Helen Adams Realty. Her local market knowledge and background in negotiating contracts, customer service, marketing, and sales provides her a solid foundation to help clients in their transaction. Her desire to pursue real estate comes from her entrepreneurial spirit and her heart. Simply put, she's drawn to residential real estate. Fort Mill provides Shonda and her family the enjoyment of being outside with access to the Anne Springs Close Greenway for their love of biking and fishing. Every year her boys count down the days for the annual Strawberry Festival, which provides them tons of entertainment and of course multi-flavored snow cones.
